We provide professional accounting services including bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial consulting. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

  • All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified.
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the services.
  • Respond promptly to our requests for information or clarification.
  • Review documents provided by us and notify us promptly of any discrepancies.
  • Meet all deadlines required for timely filing of documents.
  • Pay our fees in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are owned by monextralavi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our prior written consent.

We will maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with professional standards and applicable law. However, we may disclose your information if required by law or regulation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall monextralavi, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
  • Any content obtained from the Services; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your engagement with us as outlined in your service agreement.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Services.
